What is the

We are a group of dedicated individuals who recognize the esoteric value and spiritual importance of The SABIAN. The Sabian Symbols were first
discovered by Marc Edmund Jones and the gifted
clairvoyant skills of Elsie Wheeler in 1925. The history of the Sabian and the Sabian Symbols is worth exploring, both as a historical perspective and the fascinating circumstances in which the Sabian came into existence.

The SABIAN ESOTERIC RESTORATION MOVEMENT has the purpose of preserving the original integrity of the symbols as a whole. Our hope is to restore its value as a cyclic masterpiece of wholeness. We have already witnessed instances in which authors have changed the esoteric meaning of the symbols or failed to understand the complexity of the symbols as a whole. As a result, a restoration to the original context is valuable to this generation and for generations to follow.

What is SABIAN Esoterica?

The SABIAN consists of 360 individual symbols. The grouping of these 360 symbols together form a complex single unit in which esoterist and occultist recognize as a universal archetype for the evolution of humankind. This evolution is not physiological in nature but psychological in application as a group of symbols working together form a holistic cycle known by esoterics as the SABIAN.

What is Esoteric Thinking?

In todays world, esoteric thinking forms the metaphysical backbone of most spiritual thinking. It is the abstract philosophy that all religions loosely have in common. It is the thin thread that strings together the common metaphysics of religion and philosophy. The often misunderstood concept that is often associated with the word "esoteric" is that it refers to knowledge only can "ONLY"  be understood by a few people due to its hidden or secret nature. H P Blavatsky and the Theosophical Society have extensively used the word esoteric in its adjective or adverb form to describe a deeper more symbolic interpretation of something. A prime example of this is in H P Blavatsky writings on, The Esoteric Character of the Gospels from "Studies in Occultism" by H. P. Blavatsky. The influence Blavatsky body of work has now expanded the definition of esoteric from purely an occult tradition into a more main stream understanding of the word. The reason esoteric thinking is thought to form the backbone of metaphysics is that metaphysical concepts rely on a hidden or deeper layer of abstraction that then becomes foundational in hierarchal logic, the logic build on movement of the sublet to gross levels of manifestation. A common use of this type of logic can be seen in the popular belief of the Soul or Spirit as a sublet or foundational relationship to a more gross manifestation, the body.
